She’s filled with light and inspiring wisdom, and this week she’s sharing her best tips and tricks for inviting happiness into your day, which I believe is tres important because happy girls are certainly the prettiest. Once upon a time I was a really sad girl.

Like most of us, I’ve been on both ends of the happiness spectrum. I used to constantly fling myself from side to side; one moment would be blissful euphoria, while another moment felt like deep depression. Until I realized happiness is a state, and I can live in it more frequently.

When I found my way to shift out, I could easily return to that happy place with tools, systems, and practices for getting me back into my high vibe state of wonder that I call ‘wellness wonderland’.

I use all sorts of tools for this, and I now help clients and mentees do the same, as a life coach and podcast host. These happiness finders are unique for everyone, but for me they include the acts of self-care like taking a long walk outside, a hot bath, or a yoga class.

But perhaps, most unexpectedly, my strategies also include knowing which movies to watch; which podcast to listen to; which TV show episode feels like my security blanket; which book makes me feel less alone, and so on.
