During the 30-day program, you will be gently and gradually weaned off of all forms of sugar, most fruit, some vegetables, and white flour/rice products. The Program Guide and your personal one-on-one coaching sessions will provide you with detailed information and instruction in order to navigate through the program with ease. You don’t have to worry about anything; all of the guess work will be eliminated for you. 

Throughout the program, you will be provided with a series of 17 tips and tricks videos and 4 video lectures on the following topics that will help you to live a sweet sugar-free life. 

Following the 30-day sugar-free program, you will transition into a 10-day completely sugar-free cleanse. The entire program teaches you how to live completely sugar-free to empower you with knowledge and direct experience. With this program, you will know exactly what to do to live sugar-free: a skill that will remain with you for the rest of your life.

Sugar has taken over, and we can barely escape it. Sugar shows up in the least likely places. From hummus to table cream, sugar is poured into our every day food, and the majority of us don’t even realize it. To keep our energy levels up, we cram sugary foods into our body, only to discover that we’re riding an endless energy level roller coaster.

But, how do you get off the roller coaster? How do you kick sugar to the curb so that you can start to feel better, again? Most of us avoid making big changes in our lives because we have no idea where to start. Learning how to live sugar-free is a puzzle: one that takes some know-how to solve.

I’ve been living completely sugar-free since 2011. And, I know all of the ins and outs of living a sweet sugar-free life without feeling deprived. I would love to show you how to do the same.

Let me tell you why I kicked sugar to the curb…

In 2006, I was bitten by a very small insect called a tick, and I contracted a serious bacterial infection called Lyme Disease. For 5-years I experienced immense pain in my muscles and joints, extreme fatigue, and bizarre neurological symptoms — I eventually lost the ability to work or leave my house on my own.

I went from being a high energy Ph.D. student, training from the Chicago marathon, to house-bound, scared, bewildered, and searching for answers.

I didn’t know that Lyme Disease was causing my illness for 5 long years.

When I finally received a diagnosis, I began treatment under the supervision of a Lyme Literate Doctor in the U.S. I was told that I would have to live completely sugar-free while on treatment, since sugar consumption caused a great deal of nasty side effects when mixed with heavy-duty antibiotic medication (Don’t worry…I won’t describe the gory details). Sugar also directly fed the bacterial infection.

The idea of having to live sugar-free was overwhelming. I mean, I was absolutely open to diet modification: I was already living gluten-free and corn-free. But to live without sugar, that was mind-blowing!

I have been known to eat gluten-free cake for dinner. And, copious amounts of tea with heaps of white sugar.

But I followed doctor’s orders, and I cut out all sugar, white pasta, potatoes, yams, and even fruit. I lived completely sugar-free, including fruit, for over 2 and 1/2 years.

Now, here’s the amazing part…

It isn’t amazing that I could live without sugar. Yes, it’s hard at first, but you can learn to live without it.

The amazing thing is, kicking sugar to the curb took a great deal of stress off my body, and within 2 weeks, I felt like my body wasn’t so overwhelmed. I was finally on the road to reclaiming my health.

It took over 2 years of intense medical treatment, but I’m now so thankful for how far my recovery has come. And, I truly believe that my diet transformation, which included going sugar-free, helped me to battle back to a healthier me.

I’m so happy that I learned how to be sugar-free. I didn’t realize how awful sugar made me feel. And, to think of all the years I lived eating sugary junk food thinking that it was harmless. I don’t have major stomach pain or bloating anymore: When I went sugar-free, within 8-weeks I no longer had the unrelenting gut pain that I had for years. It’s hard to say what was causing that pain, but I’m really happy that it’s not there anymore. And, I’m no longer bloated. Weight has never been an interest of mine. I’m more interested in how I feel rather than how much I weigh. But, for interest sake, after going sugar-free, I lost 10 pounds.

My skin looks so much better: I thought zit attacks were supposed to be for teenagers! Even into my early 30’s I was still get lots of acne — that’s until I went sugar-free (bonus!)

Living sugar-free has given my body a foundation for recovery. It has helped me to reclaim my health. 

So, that’s why I live sugar-free.

How long is the program? The program is 40-days in total. The initial 30-days will teach you how to wean yourself off of all forms of sugar. The final segment will contain a 10-day completely sugar-free cleanse.

When does the program start? The program can start at any point during the month. The first day, however, will always be a Monday.

How much does this program cost? $325 USD

When do I start to receive program materials? As soon as you purchase access to the program, we will schedule your first one-on-one session. You will also receive the program guide at this time. The weekly instructions, 17 tips and tricks videos, and 4 video lectures will be sent to you via email throughout the program.

What should I expect to feel during this program? We are all wonderful individuals. So, each program experience is unique for each participant. Most clients experience an initial energy lull and a light headache for the first 2-4 days. During this time period, your body will begin to adjust to functioning without copious amounts of sugar. This program is gentle and gradual; you will not be expected to live completely sugar-free from the start. Your energy level will stabilize and become more even and consistent after the initial 2-4 days. 

Is this program an anti-candida cleanse? No. An anti-candida cleanse is a much more restrictive diet protocol. This program is simply eliminating sugar, along with most fruits, some vegetables, and white flour/rice products.

Is this a carbohydrate free diet? No. This program encourages clients to eat complex carbohydrates like whole grains and vegetables.

Can I cancel the program? You can cancel the program, and receive your money back completely, if you have not started the program or completed a one-on-one session, yet.

What if I want to leave the program? You are allowed to leave the program whenever you wish. You will be refunded the program fee minus the number of days you were in the program and the number of one-on-one sessions you completed.

Is this a dairy-free program? No. Even though dairy products contain lactose, a form of sugar, this program primarily focuses on glucose and fructose: sugars associated with blood sugar fluctuations and sugar addiction.

Will I lose weight on this program? When you quit sugar, your body starts to naturally lose weight without restricting calories. The amount of weight-loss, however, is variable from client to client. 

Will I have to be completely sugar-free throughout the whole program? No. You will be slowly weaned off of sugar over the course of 30-days. Until week 4, you will have access to natural sugars and fruit. However, during the 10-day sugar-free cleanse (at the end of the first 30-days), you will be completely added sugar and fruit free.
