The fun continues in the 21-Day Juicing Challenge. I’ve loved every minute of it so far, and I also love that it’s kept me accountable. Even if 9pm rolls around, I know that I still have to make a juice no matter what.

It’s been so wonderful seeing pictures of other challengers’ juices on the private Facebook group. I thought I would share my photos with you from week two.

If you’re thinking about starting a juicing regime, I would highly recommend joining a juicing challenge. I have really loved talking to other juicers, every day. And, I’ve made a few new friends from all over the world.

Juicing is an amazing way to saturate your body with plant-based nutrients to help your body to produce abundant energy, to help your skin glow, and to help your immune system fight against illness. And, it doesn’t take a great deal of effort. Making one juice, daily, really isn’t a big deal at all compared to the amazing gains that you’ll feel in your energy level.

By day 7 I really noticed a big difference. My energy level just felt more consistent and stable.

Day 10 Effect

One of the best personal discoveries during this challenge has been how wonderful fresh turmeric root tastes juiced. It’s so incredible. A juice made up of zucchini, apple and turmeric root tastes like mango juice! I’m totally hooked. And, the best thing is, turmeric contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds, which are fantastic for a healing body.

Creating this 21-Day Juicing Challenge has been one of the best decisions I made. I am truly grateful for everyone who joined. I can’t wait for the next challenge to start! But it won’t be until August 2014.
